A normal working day starts at 7am where the administrative team and operational staff prepare schedules and loads due to be delivered during the course of the working day. Delivery schedules for the day are confirmed and fresh turf supplies are cut on a ‘as-needed’ basis. This is one of the key advantages of CB Winter & Sons turf products and enables us to maintain the highest levels of quality and freshness of our turf products. The delivery vehicles that are scheduled for paving and landscaping product deliveries are loaded in our yard, and the turf lorries go out to the appropriate field for the turf to be cut and freshly delivered each day. Although we supply turf throughout the year our levels of business and workload is often dictated by seasonal changes. During busy times the phones are ringing constantly with enquiries, orders and quote requests. The yard is often buzzing with customers viewing our range of landscaping products & accessories and with staff loading delivery vehicles. We have a great team spirit, love the work we do and strongly believe in the products and quality of service we provide to our clients.
